Then clamp the joint for about 2 days, until the glue is completely cured. After gluing the loose joint, you can use this furniture back into service.

Reinforcing – For better result of fixing the loose joint, reinforcing is considered one of the best options. For this reason, glue blocks are used to strengthen the glued joint. These blocks are available in square and triangular shapes. Square blocks are used to support long joints such as the inside corner of drawers.

If both gluing and bracing are considered insufficient to shore up a loose joint then you should visit the antique stores for better fixing. Today, many people are willing to buy country pine furniture because they are more durable than the antique furniture.
